the location is wonderful, it sits just a short stroll from the main piazza. the staff welcomed me so warmly and their kindness was evident. my room included a lovely balcony, perfect for quiet moments, it was very neat and provided all i needed.

I could hear the sounds of plumbing from adjacent rooms, like showers and toilets. doors also weren't soft closing. I could hear people leaving their rooms. it didn't bother me, but may be a consideration for some.
